What We Do
Your Move engages the religiously unaffiliated with the teaching of Jesus by creating tailored digital pathways.
Your Move engages the religiously unaffiliated with the teaching of Jesus by creating tailored digital pathways.
Your Move has developed a comprehensive understanding of how to reach the Spiritually Disconnected through a decade of engagement and research.
By utilizing the communication style of Andy Stanley, conducting primary research in 2022 and 2026, and drawing on the insights of Everts and Schaupp on the post-modern skeptics’ journey to faith, Your Move has designed programs that guide individuals through the following phases of change—Trust, Curious, Open, Seeking, and following.
Through our research, we’ve discovered that we are living in a moment when more people than ever feel disconnected from faith, yet deeply connected to questions about meaning, happiness, and purpose. They may not be looking for the church, but they are searching for answers about their lives, their relationships, and whether hope is possible. In response, Your Move developed the Happiness Program—a digital experience that guides people through a personalized journey of growth across five key areas proven to contribute to happiness. Every piece of curated content is tailored to their specific area of growth, while meeting them where they are and pointing them back to the practical teachings of Jesus.
For over a decade, we’ve aired practical, Christ-centered content after Saturday Night Live and The Late Late Show across 37 markets nationwide. In 2022, over 80 million messages were accessed via these broadcast purchases. Another 10 million messages were accessed this year through other digital placements. But viewership has never been our end goal.
Our goal is engagement.
Not simply engagement with us. Ultimately, our goal is for religiously unaffiliated people to engage with a local church. Not a small task to say the least. But one we are committed to nonetheless. And thanks to you, we are making progress.

Steps Toward Curiosity
“My daughter’s “church hurt” has helped open my eyes to a version of Christianity that I and my family have, thankfully, backed away from. Unfortunately, I see now that my own legalistic tendencies were aligned with this false representation of faith, emphasizing behaviors over relationships and rule-following over grace. But throughout this difficult transitional phase, our amazing God has used Your Move to deliver the precise clarity and guidance that we needed… helping us look past the peripherals to focus on the fundamentals and essentials of our faith.“
“As an intellectual person you have stimulated me in a way where I can understand and believe God in a factual way and not blind faith. Thank you Stanley family.”
“I have started a quest to find God’s personal will for me after listening to Andy speak about it on YouTube. Your Move has helped me so much on this journey, and I am so grateful.”
“I’m Hindu but I love listening to you. If you were in my city I would always come listen in person!”
“Three years ago almost to the day, I watched a series or two by Pastor Andy. One was “God 2.0” or something like that – very entertaining and hopeful and convicting at the end. And a series “why worry?” Looking back these 3 years, by his leadership and coaching through many series I have seen myself “follow Jesus” a bit more, here and there. So it is possible. It is real.”
“This is so simple, logical, realistic and reasonable. Finally a presentation I can relate to. I’m currently working on myself after struggling with addiction, and I believed all these myths. Thanks for this compassionate presentation.”
“Your message is clear, concise, and entertaining all at once. Your show airs on TV right after Saturday Night Live every week, and I look more forward to your show than I do to SNL. Thank you for speaking TO me and not AT me.”
“I want you to know that your wisdom and advice has rerouted my entire future. Knowing this years ago could have saved years of unhealthy choices. Thank you! You are changing lives and impacting humanity!”
“As a former Christian, it’s refreshing to to hear someone interpret the Bible in “life lessons” without shoving “Christianity” down anyone’s throat, and how anyone can apply these lessons, regardless of faith, (or lack thereof).”
“Randomly saw this on late night NBC. I’m not a Christian, but feel like you’re speaking the right kind of gospel. We need more Americans striving for the types of things you are talking about. Thank you. Keep it up. Too much division, fear, propaganda going around in this country. My gut tells me what you’re speaking about is following the true intent of Christ.”
“Thank you from Sin City. Trying to find God for the first time. You are inspiring and going to now apply what I’ve just learned from this message.”
“Glad I watched…. Part of our curriculum here at SLA (Sober Living of America)”
“As an intellectual person you have stimulated me in a way where I can understand and believe God in a factual way and not blind faith. Thank you Stanley family.”
“You know, I’m not Christian. And sometimes I am not sure there is a God aware of my day to day life. But either way, this is good advice, so I’ll take it. Because even if there isn’t God aware of my life and how I choose to live it, I am. I like what you said about faith not being a superpower that makes things go away, and that sometimes we just have to accept that something we hate will not go away no matter what.”
“I’m so glad to have this resource. Honestly, if people talked like you at my church when I was growing up, I’m pretty sure things would have been different for me. I’m going through an inventory of my past failed relationships and really like this hard soul searching.”
“Thank you for these (Your Move) podcasts. I’m 26 years old – I’ve grown up in the church all my life and as most do – have had my spiritual setbacks and beef with religion/the church. This podcast has given me a new hope and relationship with God (esp through the pandemic) and I’m thankful for everything you’re doing. I share these podcasts with friends in my corner that don’t know God because Andy makes it so simple. And helps approach our challenging culture these days.”
“I found Your Move one morning a few weeks ago… I have recently started my recovery for alcoholism and your show is truly helping me re-establish a relationship with God. As I move forward, Your Move will be helping me along the way. Thank you!””
